SCOTT WUDARCKI

Scott is the Producing Branch Manager at CLM Mortgage in Boise, licensed to originate loans in Idaho, Oregon, and California. 

Understanding that each client's financial needs are unique, Scott dedicates time to developing mortgage strategies tailored to individual situations. He believes that a "one loan fits all" approach is irresponsible. Instead, he sees his role as a trusted advisor, educating clients on their options to collaboratively find the best solutions for their circumstances. His mission is to assist clients in becoming homeowners and achieving long-term financial success.

Scott graduated from Boise State University in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in business administration, focusing on marketing. Since starting in the mortgage industry in 1998, he has gained extensive experience in credit reporting, wholesale lending, and loan origination. This diverse background allows him to comprehensively analyze each client's situation and qualify them for the right loan program.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys playing soccer, softball, and mountain biking. He also loves participating in the numerous cultural events his community offers, as well as hiking and camping with his wife, Melinda, and their sons, Caleb and Derek.
