JEFF WITT

Jeff comes to CLM as our Senior Vice President of West Production. Jeff 's journey began in St. Louis, where he spent his formative years before embarking on a new chapter at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ.

After completing his college education, Jeff made the bold move to Austin, where he entered the world of financing. His career trajectory took an exciting turn 30 years ago when he joined a national homebuilder. Starting as a New Home Sales Representative, Jeff's passion and dedication soon led him back to the mortgage business within the same homebuilder, coinciding with a return to the Phoenix area.

Jeff's personal life is equally rich and fulfilling. He is the proud parent of triplets—two girls and one boy—now 23 years old. The family celebrated a significant milestone as the youngest among the triplets graduated from college on December 15. Beyond his human family, Jeff shares his home with two Old English Sheepdogs, adding joy and liveliness to his household.

Away from the hustle of the mortgage industry, Jeff finds solace and enjoyment in various activities. A lover of the great outdoors, he enjoys spending time at a family lake house in East Texas. Waterskiing, fishing, boating, hiking, and traveling are just a few of the pastimes that allow him to unwind and create lasting memories with his loved ones. Additionally, as a devoted Texas Longhorn fan, Jeff proudly supports his alma mater's athletic endeavors.

With a wealth of experience, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for both work and life, Jeff brings a unique blend of expertise and personal warmth to his role at CLM. His journey is a testament to resilience, growth, and the enduring pursuit of success both professionally and personally.
