CHRIS CASH

Chris brings over 28 years of experience in the mortgage industry to his role as Vice President of Operations at CLM Mortgage. Starting at the branch level in Setup, he has worked his way through closing, processing, underwriting, and management, eventually reaching the corporate level. Chris is hyper-focused on enhancing the customer experience and firmly believes in doing the right thing, fostering collaboration, and promoting teamwork. His empathy for home buyers, the sales team, and the operations team underscores his approach to leadership.

Chris attended several colleges, with significant time spent at Texas Tech and the University of Houston, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and math.

Outside of his professional life, Chris enjoys cooking, BBQing, and engaging in various building projects around the house. He has a passion for cars, motorcycles, and sports, especially football, baseball, and the Olympics. Chris is actively involved in his community, volunteering, and coaching youth sports, participating in Christian ministry work, and serving on the boards of two non-profit organizations.
