TODD WATERSON

Todd Waterson, the branch manager of CLM in Southern California, has built a notable career in the mortgage industry spanning over three decades. He embarked on his journey in the mortgage business in 1992, initially focusing on collaborating with builders. In 2001, Todd expanded his expertise and became a “preferred lender” for Woodside Homes, where he significantly contributed to their business operations.

Todd's professional path is marked by his dedication and experience, which has earned him a reputation for excellence within the industry. His commitment to his work and clients is evident in his long-standing career and the successful relationships he has fostered over the years.

On a personal note, Todd has been married to his wife, Cheryl, for 40 years as of July 2024. Cheryl, a retired teacher with 38 years of service, and Todd have raised four adult sons in Irvine, CA. Their family continues to grow with twin 3-year-old grandchildren, and they are eagerly anticipating the arrival of another grandchild in August 2024.

Outside of his professional life, Todd is passionate about fitness, often enjoying time on his Peloton bike. He also has a love for travel and skiing, with Park City, UT being a favorite destination for over 20 years. Todd's dedication to both his career and his personal interests highlights his dynamic and balanced approach to life.
