BILL CUNNINGHAM

Bill comes to CLM with an extensive background in the mortgage industry. Bill has been a dedicated loan officer for the past 20 years, serving clients throughout the Houston area. He has called Houston home for the last 22 years, following a seven-year stint in Hawaii and growing up in Northern California.

Bill is happily married and has been for the past 18 years. He has two daughters, aged 27 and 16. Outside of his professional life, Bill is passionate about travel, snow skiing, and surfing. He is also an avid car collector, showcasing his love for both adventure and classic automobiles.
